A native of Florida, Donald's fascination with gemstones began in childhood, when he started collecting stones and developing a deep appreciation for their color, rarity, and natural beauty. He was then led to New York City, where he studied Product Design at Parsons School of Design and refined his understanding of luxury craftsmanship. 

Before launching his own brand, Donald served as designer for prestigious jewelry houses including Van Cleef & Arpels and The Vivid Collection. In 2002, he founded Donald Huber New York, creating a collection distinguished by exceptional gemstones, meticulous craftsmanship, and a distinctly artistic point of view. 

Every Donald Huber piece is handcrafted in New York by skilled artisans, reflecting a commitment to quality, detail, and enduring beauty. Working closely with master craftspeople, Donald remains involved throughout the creative process.
